How exactly do one load those cards? Through wire transfer (SEPA) to the IBAN of the card? What are the limits?

What do you mean?
The OP sends the cards to you. You load them as you see fit.
Any exchange that does SEPA should work.
Avoid the ones that ask more than a name and IBAN for a SEPA transfer for best results.

That I understand but we have BTC no cash so we would first need to buy the cards then exchange BTC to fiat, send and load the cards.

I would prefer a full service where we send BTC to fund and buy the card that is then send to the winner. Maybe a business for OP?

That's not secure at all  :-\
To load the card one would need to open the envelope, thus knowing the card number and VCC which would  enable the person to spend the funds on the card.

Buy the card and send them to the winners. Ask them what's their IBAN after they get and the card and use an exchange, probably with disposable accounts, to send them the money.

After a SEPA transfer it was loaded with some euros. Yesterday I got them from ATM machine. No problem at all.

Just writing to thank Ebo for his commitment with these cards. Long time ago I had a problem with my visa. It was blocked by the issuing bank after the first withdrawal while there was still money in it. Ebo has tried to recover the funds all this time but it seems the bank likes to steal money in this way (he changed to a different one since then), so he finally decided to pay me from himself.

It has been a long way, and I have to recognize that I thought this was a kind of scam, but now I can say you can really trust this guy.

PLN Mastercard are prepaid anonymous debit card (Mastercard) in polish currency (PLN).
