Already the 2nd generation, GSM, had severe security leaks with "secret" A3 (authentication) and A8 (key generation) algorithms being available openly in the Internet.

This is what im saying all along "They're above the law." , and as crazy as it may sound, noone can/will do anything to stop them doing what they do best, taking freedom from people. What is the point of international laws then, it reminds me of Orwells quote alot; All animals are equal, but some animals are more equal than others. Just imagine if china or russia did something like this? there would be sanctions and bombers in the air as we speak..
