Be very careful dealing with ANYONE who wants you to send the paypal funds first and will try to talk you out of escrow. They will take your paypal, not send you the BTC and then ignore you. It happens every day here so figured I would warn you.

Escrow is pretty useless with Paypal unless the coins are held 180+ days. I mean, if you were to fill out an order form and show that you purchased said bitcoin I guess it would protect the seller but at what cost? That would take a shitload of time.
