Correcto, but you won't need the instructions too much as an international user to use it ;) It'll just be there for slight assistance and descriptions. But we'll add it for sure. Also, ISP's and DNS resolves might take longer in some countries. We changed it over 24 hours ago, but it only started working where I am too (Caribbean), so should be good for the Americans soon as well.
