It would be a huge gamble. Sorry if it seems like I'm stepping on anyone's toes, but I think it should be made clear.

He's lucky if he find a buyer who pays 10 LTC for that account. Frozen LTC's probably never return to account owner. I've mostly given up on it and moved on to poloniex.
While selling your account is a great idea, I think you'll be hard pressed to get your initial asking price as volumes on Vircurex are pretty low. Especially if the last update was really August 2014. Good luck all the same. Nobody will buy this account as they won't pay anything to anybody.
