This PayPal was permanently limited a few weeks ago, and the money will be able to get withdrawed within 90-180 days (or if you can convince with PayPal to have them release it earlier.)

I can not imagine that it's legal to sell PayPal accounts. Besides that I don't think that you would sell your own, so it's probably stolen.

Paypal will only release the fund to the bank account that linked into it.

I've never seen anything like 'selling' paypal account. First I doubt that is legal, secondly even if this is your account risk for buyer is too high. After selling it you could tell paypal support that your account was hacked and got it back. I guess no one will be willing to test if this trade can work.

For the love of paypal use sock 5 or an RDP same state with the hacked paypal  ;D or you can just forget about selling it, to remove the limitation you must know the bank details.

This is illegal also good luck getting the funds out. You can only withdraw in 6 months in one of the original bank accounts.

Why would you try to sell your own PayPal account for less money than it has on itself? If it was yours, you could easily pay out.

You can buy non limited and verified PayPals in the DW for just a few dollars.

I would not trust this deal guys.

I can vouch for OP, I have known op for several months, and I can confirm this is not hacked, she owns this account.

It's limited, and I don't have the patience to wait the 180 days, and there is no bank account attached to it

Can you PM me the email and password of the account? So I can check if you have it or not. I have done this earlier and I haven't scammed anyone. Trust me. :)

After 6 months you can withdraw the funds to any banks provided it has the same last name. You can add new bank after 180 days.

Why do you need the username and password? I could just send screenshots

You should screenshot the account to see if there are any disputes

If you have any disputes the 900 can very well be gone.  Why was the account limited?

Any disputes that were opened on the account were closed in my favor.

i have paypal limited account with $1264, now it is over a year and still limited,
so how can you say paypal will lift the limited status without original documents?

Because photos can be photoshopped. You can also give username and password to a trusted person.

I have already submitted everything. Their executive office said that they will not enable the account because of the account activities,  I am a 'big risk', but the money will be able to be withdrawn in 180 days. They also told me that after 90 days, they will personally review my account and decide whether or not I can withdraw then or if I have to wait under 90.

that is good suggestion, but much risk involve in paypal account,
so my advise is not to buy that kind of account.

PayPal has told me over the phone that I can now withdraw $739 of the balance to a bank account. So $739 of the balance can be sent to a bank, the rest will be held for 90-180 days.

Why don't you just keep it for yourself?

Is anyone actually entertaining this idea?  Yeah, I'm sure a "carly summers" who registers an account for the sole purpose of selling a PayPal account on bitcointalk is legit.  It has to be.  I mean, she's an innocent female, and she's getting positive rep from accounts with an activity level of 8.

PayPal accounts are not allowed to sell by law. You agreed on all terms when you opened it. Now deal with it.

people sell paypal accounts all the time and have others, that know how to get the money out to do it. Just search the net lol
