Post by: rammy2k2 on February 21, 2015, 05:38:02 PM
Im pretty sure i posted negative feedback for some PONZI scammers and after a while my trust rating was gone from their profile.
How is that possible ?

Pretty sure? I see a lot of negative feedback left by you for ponzis. Are you clicking the show untrusted feedback?

No I don't think it is possible, if you left a negative feedback to someone only you can remove it. Maybe you have thought that you have left a negative trust but you haven't pressed the submit button.

AFAIK theymos can but he only does this in very rare occasion. What you said maybe the right answer or he accidentally click 'delete'. No confirmation is a big problem.

although theymos can do it, there is no particular reason that he remove the negative trust on all that ponzis operator, nevertheless, the trust left by rammy wont be visible in most of the screens as he isnt on default trust list

You were probably looking at a post made by them outside of the marketplace sections. Anytime someone posts outside of the marketplace sections you are not able to see anyone's trust ratings (you can click on their profile to see their trust score however)

Trust never gets removed

Some of the ponzi operators made several names that resembled each other so maybe you were looking at a name that you didn't mark but thought you did

Wrong! Some of them will be removed by theymos if some conditions are met but never for a scammer or a likely-scammer.

There is a chance for this to happen and is already mentioned by redsn0w. :)

=snip= Maybe you have thought that you have left a negative trust but you haven't pressed the submit button.

don't forget that there are trusted feedback and untrusted one.

Only the trusted are shown by default.

Since you are not in the default trust, I guess yours is untrusted so you will need to click show untrusted feedback to see it

Seems like you make posts just to boost your post count.

Theymos doesn't moderate trust unless there is spamming.

Redsnow did not say that. He said that maybe he thought he left it but forgot to press the submit button. My scenario was completely different.
