have you include a fee ?
Also if you include a fee but lower than recommend, then your transaction will more slower to get confirm.

Its possible that there is a large delay of blocks, sometimes ranging up to an hour or more, this is how the bitcoin network works, but I checked the recent blocks and it seems things are pretty normal. Not including a TX or if the TX is irregular will make the TX take a much longer time to confirm, and after a while, couple days, blockchain will put the money back in your wallet and you can resend the TX with a fee. 0.0001 btc fee is recommended and I use that amount for MOST transactions.

Blocks are really slow these days I don't know why, I always add a proper fee but the confirmations are taking way too long.

I think It's because lots of cloud mining websites have halted their operations.

some times a transaction gets confirmed within 10 minutes and some times it takes up to 40 minutes.
you can't do much beside making sure you add at least 0,0001BTC miner fee.

Yea recently it took 40 minutes for a single block, I had to wait 40 minutes for somethign because of this massive disparity in block times. And then there were 3 blocks in 10 minutes and then 2 blocks in 1 minute...

Maybe, I don't know.. but I wish there was a way to get confirmations lightening fast, like add extra extra fee or something but I know that's not how it works.

Well if you attach no fees then it will almost never confirm. In other cases it does take some time at times.

I had such situation once. Waited for about 10 hours for two transactions to be confirmed.

mostly it happens when you send transaction without fees
we should pay the fees so the miners get some rewards for confirming transaction
