Hello guys it has took me by surprise but bter has come back and is honoring withdrawals  :)

Who ever does not know this now you do i would advise getting your coin from that site asap an letting it bite the dust.

So has anyone actually managed to get their coins from there yet?

Also will you be using them in future?

Interested and look forward to hearing story's of people that had a lucky escape and how much they now have that they would not had bter ran for the hills.

Credit where credit is due for bter i never thought alt coins would be returned  ;D

Do you tthink they should continue as an exchange or like me call it a day?

 

I dont think they have enabled withdrawls for altcoins as well. Twitter said only USD and CNY for now. Can someone verify  ?

Yes you are right, after the cny & usd the will able also NXT; but I don't have any information for the other altcoins.

It will be interesting to see how this one pans out now the site is back up and running.  No doubt they will be some catch to cashing out coins or very imitated reserves or they have actually recovered some of the hacked funds. Still at least I am at no loss from them as didn't have any coin in it as with a few other exchange sites I didn't have any in but soon ended up going. Feel sorry for the people who did have coins in here and places like mtgox and lost.

It's only showing my NXT... with withdrawals disabled.

BTC and BTCD are not showing.

I thought all withdrawals was going to go threw  :o Maybe have to wait another few days for most coins to be able to get withdrawn.

I did have a little on there but not enough to cry about and kind of wrote it off  :) but am curious to see how it pans out more than anything also, not sure they have recovered any of the hacked funds they would make a deal out of it like they did with NXT when 50 million was hacked the other month  :o ;D

Yes me to i feel sorry for people who got unlucky with more funds on there than they could afford to lose that must be horrible!

Yeah i see that as well that is all we can do hope for the best for the guys who have a little to much on there, i am not fussed for myself either way to be honest the more of the security lacking sites that are gone for good the better.

I think they will continue but not sure it will be worth it imo they have screwed up 2 large amounts of $1.5 million+ in 2 months  ;D

Be a good buy for the community maybe although not sure how that would work correctly

18hours no update on twitter no withdrawing as of yet talk about show the carrot lol I just want to get my xcp and bay out and i am gone like the wind!

No i will not be using them again this is a very risky exchange to keep any amount of BTC or other coin, they never closed after NXT so not sure if they will continue but i don't think they should continue...

I don't know but the "costumers" should only wait, there isn't another option.

I have no idea what can cause them to not be able to confirm withdraws of customers coins it i taking a very long time for a very simple process, if they would have started the withdrawals the other day they would not have such a show it will be in the next few days because now everyone is going to withdraw at roughly the same time  ;D

I have to agree with this having a exchange get hacked once is bad enough but twice in a couple of months plus defrauding investors on the ico in november is just silly to give them anymore chances. They need to sell on and let trusted community members take over or just close the exchange but i can't see that happening. Better safe than sorry :)

CNY withdraw alowed

Is there are have already withdraw there?
Looks like still disable :-\ I still have an altcoin there.

You can only see your USD, CNY, and NXT balances. Bter says you can now withdraw CNY. I don't think you can even withdraw your NXT yet and I'm certain you cannot yet withdraw any other alts. There is no information when/if they will allow withdrawals of other alts.

At least that is a start and you can withdraw something, have you withdrawn CNY yourself? I still have alt coins on there i would like retuning to my wallets sooner rather than later. I gave them a second chance after the NXT robbery as they was all returned but it does not look like they will be retuning the BTC to people so once i get my coins out from there i will not be retuning this time, had to many chances if you ask me.

I have some Monero on that site.
Right now the website doesn't seem to work properly->
- i cannot see my funds (although i have a 'total funds estimation')
- i cannot see my trading history
- i cannot withdraw altcoins

i guess they focused more on fiat and btc first, i doubt it will be on a short time that they are going to enable altcoins withdrawal

What do you mean "whatever" can you be more pacific please?

Of course everyone that has been around for longer than a week knows it is dangerous keeping funds on an exchange that is not the point of the thread that has been dealt with.

Mgox had 100 of thousands of coins go this is small fish, but it is still another black mark.

they are not answering any support mails ?
