For me it's not a problem we can do a small exchanges too like $3, $5, with different people.

It might not help much at the moment, since you want to use PayPal, but in the future you can try using Payza (https://www.payza.com (https://www.payza.com)) instead; they allow you to add or withdraw funds directly via Bitcoin, and the fees aren't that bad (https://www.payza.com/fees (https://www.payza.com/fees)). Other than that, with PayPal involved, finding someone to trade with is going to be difficult, and the rates are likely not going to be good - but don't forget to ask for escrow anyway. :) Title: Re: Looking for BTC, I have $30 PayPal Post by: theblacklist on February 22, 2015, 03:11:50 AM I am using Payza too, but their rule is that if I deposit money I can't not purchase BTC directly.

That's odd: to be honest, I've only added funds to my account via Bitcoin so far, but I saw no mention of such a limitation when withdrawing. Is your Payza account verified? I imagine that must be a prerequisite for withdrawing with Bitcoin. EDIT: Ah, you're right - I've just spotted it: Quote Important: It is strictly forbidden to buy Bitcoins using funds directly deposited via credit card.
