Title: Santa Clara, CA or nearby: Friend wants to sell -3% bitfinex for ~10k in person
Post by: BitcoinDistributor on February 22, 2015, 08:23:28 PM
Have a person trying to sell ~$10,000-$30,000 in person, 3% under market. If you can do this let me know and I'll talk with him about it.

I'm not interested myself, he's just offering me a finder's fee. I also think its sketchy but theres nothing wrong (or illegal) with me putting a buyer and seller together for a small %.

You are correct, however you could potentially be setting up either party to be breaking the law depending on how exactly the deal transpires. (and/or be facing criminal charges)
