Depends what are they payment methods you are willing to use , most of people use LocalBitcoins . Also there is https://bit-x.com/ which is pretty trusted , but as I said depends on what payment method do you have , they have an announcement thread on the "Service Announcement" section in case you got any questions for them . ~ Madness |
