Okay I am sorry but there is zero difference between paying a tip and paying interest. If you don't want to be paying/receiving interest then you honestly don't have any business in the lending section as interest is what allows people to mitigate their risk.

It is different. Tips aren't compulsory but interest is. If you said "you should tip me" when lending, then it is interest.

I don't think we should accuse people just like that . He only got because he simply didn't read the rules on the first place . That's all He asked for a Loan without giving any Collateral . and he learned the lesson .

The negative trust is for asking loan without collateral but yes, chargeback is a problem and would be hard for someone to do it.
