The max bet is low at this point for a reason.  With a system where withdrawals are automatic and instantaneous, it is necessary to be cautious at the start.  We do have the ability and the resources to make the bet larger, however, we will gradually increase the max bet for our security and more importantly our players security. 

We would like to bring the max bet up to the $20-30 range gradually over the next few weeks.

So I check out the site. I received my deposit after one confirmation. The site is very simple to use. There's a chat an option to check your stats as well as global stats and there's also a faucet which is great to test the new site out with. Another feature I haven't noticed on other sites is you can double your bet on your second hit. So I think the site is excellent overall. GL if you give it a shot.

You haven't specify the number of decks you are using. You should list all the rules out clearly IMO.

Just played there, it's a fast site.

my advice:

1. add a "max" bet button
2. increase faucet, 100 sat is too little, 500 sat is better, other sites give 500 sat or more, it will attract more players.
3. more giveaway campaigns

6:5 blackjack - advantage to the house - adds 1.4% to house edge over standard 3:2 blackjack

No double after split - yet another house advantage which decreases player odds

Dealer hits soft 17 - again adds more house edge

No resplits

I could go on but every single rule you have favors the house, not one player friendly rule in your game.

I've never seen a blackjack game this bad.

It's a nice site. But to be honest I have never been on a site where the dealer hit black jack so many times.
 And I play black jack live and online at Bovada and never have I seen anything like this. Also when you press the hit button it double hits on occasion.  Deff not real Black Jack odds
 Just my 2 cents. 

FYI: You can double after more than two cards, also hit after splitting aces, both favoring the player.
Simply changing the 6/5 BJ would make a huge difference.

Yah maybe youre right I didn't get that far in testing it, it would be nice if there was a blackjack house rules page on the website. Either way those rule variations you mentioned above dont take much off the 2% I calculated it at so maybe its 1.7% , like you said get rid of the 6:5 and its a decent game then. Players shouldnt settle for 6:5 blackjack just because you can double after 3 cards or hit split aces.

this could be due to the manual withdrawal, perhaps the site needs alot more withdraw, so they wait for the other user to request withdraw to save up some fees for mass spent, manual withdrawal can take up to 24 hours usually

Yes turns out he ran but I don't think he got away with much. I don't think he was able to afford to run the website anymore. Lucky I cashed out a week before he vanished. And hopefully no one took a big loss.
