Paypal will limit your account if you receive large quantities of Paypal cash especially if you withdraw to a bank account..I know from experience..infact I am not allowed to receive moneypaks or paypal cash anymore and withdraw :-\ Anyone receiving funds like this has to actually use them through paypal and not withdraw |
