Is this a new turning point to mark bottom value? i sure hope so. Post by: DooMAD on February 25, 2015, 08:30:57 PM While they might be fans of the underlying technology, they'll only end up making another currency they can print into oblivion if they do try to create their own alt. Canada failed to get MintChip off the ground in any meaningful way, so we'll see if BoE's attempt will prove any more fruitful. I'm guessing we've got at least a decade to wait before anything starts to materialise, though. ;D

I really think bitcoin could or at least has the potential be as revolutionary as the internet was but sadly I think it will take longer to get established than the net did, though tech moves fast these days. I wonder how long it will in fact take (if ever) for the masses to get on board?
