At the beginning i want to match that i looking only for ppl interested in this kind of group. If you are not, please dont spam. I was member of 2 pumping groups, but leaders didnt meet my expecations. My group was created 1 month ago. We have 10 organized and enthusiastic people who want to earn money. I mean if your pumping group is any good then I'd guess that you don't need any upfront fees, participants should pay from their earnings. Unless your pump group is all about dumping on your own members, or maybe I'm just missing something.

This is very tricky indeed, how do you plan the pumps? Too many pump groups admins buy in waaaaaaay before the pumpgroup can, and dump waaaaaaaaaay before the target, admins profits and only the very very fast win. The only solution to this trust issue is letting the coin be choosen by the pumpgroup, without any interference in a democratic way, which is very hard to accomplish.
