Do whatever it is you do online and check page from time to time to see if any faucet is ready to visit again. Recently implemented 1 hour/30 minute/10 minute/5 minute/1 minute notifications. It's that simple! Hourly rotator obviously contains faucets that can be claimed once per hour. I also tend to put best faucets closer to the start of list, so you can just do those if you don't have couple minutes to complete rotator.
