If this is zoomhash they are an honest seller.  I purchased more then 5000 in gear from them. From April 2014 to sept 2014.

Went to the website it is them price is 450 + 100 to ship to New Jersey USA   550 for 2000 gh


this is a good piece of gear if  you have cheap power.

I was going to buy one too till I saw the shipping. $100 is insane. I just shipped an S2 from NY to LA for under $50.

I too have purchased a bit from zoomhash in the past and have never had any issues. They are honest and do their best to take care of the customer.

Why don't you simply charge actual shipping costs plus a handling fee and stop trying to deliver extra margin in your shipping costs? Would help to continue the theme of Zoomhash being an honest seller...

Hello, sorry I didn't intentionally ignore your post just happened to skip over it. We are shipping these units from the West coast of the United States. I am unsure which batch they are but it is the batch without the problematic power supply so anything after 1 I believe, I will have to check if you want a specific batch number but I believe it is a hodgepodge of different batches.

There is a DOA exchange policy and a 14 day exchange policy for defective units, we will usually extend this to 30 days depending on circumstances (usually always) but if you read the terms before you check out that you have to agree to you will get all that information, that information can also be found here: http://zoomhash.com/pages/returns

Like I said 14 days (we usually give the courtesy of 30 days instead just ask nicely haha). But there are absolutely no returns on these units please keep that in mind when buying.

Yeah that $100 shipping killed the deal for me.

I tried both the shipping calculator as well as the checkout and the shipping to FL (33609) is $79.99. Still a little to pricey for me. I think $40 shipped within the US would be reasonable.

What is different new unit and used unit? It's truly new or the psu is new? Wanna place my order. Need answer urgently

Hello, the units are in our possession, do not select the China shipping as that is more I believe, I think this is a shopping cart error.


The unit has not been used and is from the factory, whereas the used units have been mined on sorry about the late response!

$50 more for a "NEW" unit over a used one....seems fishy to me.

I was afraid of that. When I first dealt with you guys back when gridseeds came out you were top notch on shipping however several months ago I bought a Zeus miner from you guys after calling and getting a coupon code to reduce the shipping down to $100 from $200  ::) the label was created the next day and the miner sat in your possession for 10 DAYS before the label was ever scanned for departure. Called and left a few voice mails for Bob I think it was and never got a call back.

As far as I can tell you guys just kept on mining with it, or it was never in your possession to begin with as it seems the above posts indicate.

I guess when you get the great deal of half price shipping it negates the advertised next day shipping.  >:(

I know that I posted before in this thread, but I've done a ton of business with Zoomhash and they've always been totally solid.  I really wouldn't worry about them taking your money.  I've also had gear show up before that was damaged during shipping and they made me whole with a quickness.

I heard these models were loud. Is there a way to make them quiet without compromising heat? Changing fans? Etc? Also, what are the watts at the wall?

These units are indeed loud, we have not experimented with any aftermarket fans or any other cooling methods as this would compromise the units lifespan so I would be unable to help you with the noise level. They pull about 1380 +- 10% from the wall.


We are having issues with international shipping of these items so we are keeping them domestic only, sorry for any inconvenience this has caused.

Just use DHL Express. No problems with them. I will pay for it.

Customs and taxes I would gather.  In the United States we do not pay any tax on importing Technology. Shipments probably are getting stuck due to the lack of documentation needed for EU VAT etc. 

Zoomhash only have to put the invoice out of the package, thats everything german customs needs. (=

International shipping has been a big headache for some countries so we rather just focus on Domestic USA for now. Thank you.

We are not sending these units internationally because we have had numerous problems with shipping internationally, we are only shipping within the United States. I'm not sure where Holland comes into question, but we are not shipping to any international customers unfortunately so anyone outside of the US cannot get one. I'm sorry for any inconvenience this has caused, but you can read of our credibility on various websites, and numerous customers, sorry that we are unable to ship to you.

To many bad experiences with international shipping.

It is very risky for us to ship internationally, fraud, customs delay, bad parts, exchanges etc.. etc..

Why do not you work with www.usps.com there are many partners in Europe such as FedEx Ems ?? no problems with customs EU  etc..  etc..

 
I bought two S4, with delivery to Europe through partners (delivering the goods from the United States) many such companies around the world .

In the past i had experiences with buying tons of PC hardware ( milions USD) from USA to Europe (for example from companies MAlabs, Wintec) and I never had problems with them.

Every other large company will ship outside of the USA but you guy's, Canada is only a few more miles, not across the ocean.

Fan died after 2 weeks of receiving it.  Zoomhash has told me to go to Bitmain for a replacement and 3 fans is ok.  HM.......................  I have a replacement fan btw but nice call on how you stand by your sales. Was my first purchase from them and unless something changes like price will be the last.

I am also based out of California and shipping is indeed $80 when it only costs about $30 to ship a 30 pound package within the state.  You will also be charged sales tax.  With that being said, I've bought from Zoomhash before and their customer service is good.
