Though I've heard of Tails before, I never shown the interest to try it out or learn how it works. Since now it has bitcoin wallet and coincidentally I'm also a fan of electrum, that would surely be interesting. In a way or another that will definitely give a boost towards bitcoin security. It is a live Linux OS which is bootable from DVD. The part got me worried is internet traffic is forced through Tor. I think using Electrum on Tails OS is ok, logging into Blockchain.info wallet would not be. Be warned.

I think it should be fine if just the transactions are going through tor, though like you said I wouldn't trust logging into sites like blockchain.info. |
