Post by: foxkyu on February 28, 2015, 12:25:21 AM Hi, can i write links in signature? yes you canThanks. but not with your newwbie account so you have to wait, at least to be a member Title: Re: Links in signature. Post by: EFS on February 28, 2015, 12:31:35 AM Links are allowed but you need to be Jr. Member first.
Perhaps the allowed signature styling should change with activity score / membergroup. Like: - Newbie: No styling (including links) allowed. Max 40 characters. - Jr. Member: Links allowed. Max 100 characters. - Member: Unlimited length. - Full: Color allowed. - Sr. Member: Size allowed - Hero: Background color allowed Then newbies will be less effective advertisers, which would hopefully significantly reduce the incentive for low-content posts. And when people become capable of effectively advertising through their signatures, they'll have invested a lot of time into their accounts, and they won't risk being banned by spamming. Post by: Superhitech on March 01, 2015, 01:20:11 AM You could put a link in your signature, it just won't be clickable. You could put www.yoursitename.com in there, it just will be shown as plain text and not clickable.
