No afterlife, just life. Perhaps with engineered components to replace or enhance outdated "wetware." Similar to how the elderly do today with hearing aids, heart pumps, oxygen tanks, etc. And perhaps with some sort of RAID-like configuration for my mind(s) and potentially other organs. In the event of continuing to use wetware, nanotech which delivers genome-specific needs via the bloodstream.

I think there's no afterlife, just emptiness. There's no heaven waiting for us but darkness while our bodies slowly decompose.

Isn't there anybody who believes in rebirth / reincarnation?  ;D

I saw this post somewhere about rebirth that got me thinking, it said "What if the light you see at death is the first light you see at birth?"

How would we discover that we are aliens studying humans? Once we're dead, would someone scold us for neglecting to follow the research plan? We would look like such idiots, especially if they transported us all the way out here from some other solar system/galaxy just for for field research. I can't speak for others here, but I'm not intentionally neglecting to conduct the research. I just don't remember being given that assignment.

I know some people that do. For example I know a physicist that believes the energy is always equal so what is in our bodies goes back to the universe after our death and when a child is born it takes part of that energy, energy that might've been someone else in the past.

Where's the "We don't know" option? Anything people claim to know about the afterlife is pure speculation.

I added a "other" option for anything else.

After life is death. It's not complicated.

Afterlife is another life, it's simple like that :)
Nothing really change much, just you move from one dimension to another (spiritual world), according to your level of hearth.
If you was selfish in this world, you will naturally join such people in sp. world.
If you was killer, you will join them and if you was good person on the earth, you will leave with good people over there.

So you believe in a parallel sort of hell/heaven. I like that, but it's too specific.
Killers= ends up into a mass murder.
Lovers= too much spread of love/bisexuality
Those are just examples, and I'm not saying the second one is necessarily a bad thing.

By the way, I believe we reborn in 100 years from here. Each time we have 100 years of time to respawn.

There is likely no afterlife, which is why we must cherish the life we have for as long as possible.

What if this is the afterlife? Reincarnation is a popular belief.

As history has shown us with religious beliefs, they almost always tend to be false(As they were used to expain things people couldn't understand, such as the concept of souls being used in europe to give meaning to the human mind)

You neglected to mention the Biblical case--judgement:
Hebrews 9:27

None of us can pass judgement on our own, but fortunately, we can ask Jesus Christ to pay the price for us.

I think it is all finished after this life.
Enjou this life every day.
This is what you have for sure.
The rest is guessing.

So what about the newborn that dies when they have to actually born? how can they spend their lives?
