It's a new site and I'm sure they'll be willing to fix any problems you may find. You are allowed to smoke at home and posses 1 oz dry weed max. Also 3 plants in your garden wouldn't be a problem. Some shops are allowed to sell up to 5 grams a day to each costumer but the don't have any legal supplier for their stash. They are forced to buy the cannabis from the black market and risk getting caught by the police. The only thing to make this possible is that the shop owner can only have 500gr legaly in stock About the alcohol i don't know anything i could recommend.. If you're looking for some cheaper non branded seeds i can ask people i know.
