Title: PCI to PCIe Adapters
Post by: EPiSKiNG on May 24, 2011, 10:31:05 PM
I saw someone posting about this a while back, and was unsure if someone has had luck with this...

Anyone gotten these to work in Windows/Linux?  What card are you using?

Thanks for your feedback.

They do work, and you can find them on ebay for 20$.. Btw, I got 10Mhash less with the adapter but some MoBos can adjust the lag..

Thanks!  What do you mean by adjusting the lag?  BIOS settings?

Well, theres going to be some lag from the gfx if theres an extra 6" of cable there, so some mobos can adjust, some cant.

so incredible, anyone have any luck with these? This would be perfect for my computer. All I would have to buy to get another "rig" setup is a power supply, cards and this thing
