Title: IoT; How will it affect the future of Bitcoin Usage & Pricing?
Post by: EXPATINVESTOR on March 02, 2015, 03:02:54 AM
Reading a little about "ADEPT" anything linked will be able to automatically contact relevant parties and transact for servicing, upgrades, etc...with Blockchain Technology. There is a lot of groundswell about IoT and how quickly the technology will evolve and be a part of everyday life for many a business and household over the next decade. Seems like another positive piece of the puzzle for the evolution of BTC

Any Further Information or Thoughts pertinent to the subject would be much appreciated

You can be sure people will forget about bitcoin soon enough now that big companies are releasing their own bitcoin alternatives. I expect a collapse sub 100 within 2 to 4 weeks.
All indicators are there, if you don't want to lose money, get out now, don't fall for this new dead cat bounce!

Can you ggive an example of one indicator that you think exists ? I see no reason, why we would fall to that level.

Because that's what he believes when he clutches his teddy at night, even when it's sending BTC in the near future to keep his meds flowing.

Why does a guy who has been here since 2010 say such things? Is he jesting all the time?

What if you'd been here since 2010 and been a sceptic since it was over a thousand coins per dollar? That's going to make you somewhat batty.

What big company is creating "their own bitcoin?"

Are you aware Bitcoin is the most powerful network on earth, even more powerful than all super computers working at the same time?

Who the fuck would trust any other way to store wealth that isn't Bitcoin? LOL.

kwukduck is terrible at predictions and should be ignored at best.  Here's a wonderful call he made two weeks back:

Buy orders are vanishing before our eyes, selling pressure increasing massively. The path is clear to drop below $200.

OTC prices are already around the 200 mark with big volumes being sold.

This is a huge indicator for upcoming big dumps.

Short and sell now or hold the bag.

He said to short when it was sitting at $238 14 Days ago. BTC is up about 15% since then.

Never gets old.

Sunday target indicates to be around $160

Price falling below 200 within the hour.
China is dumping massive amounts.

Lolwut?
Are you watching the charts?
We are still crashing, and it's accelerating as we speak, we will be below $200 within 12 hours probably, big volume of dumps happening and growing.
Very likely to hit $150 upcoming week.

Big bank issues  a warning based on fake news... Nice...
Prepare to fall below $200 today. This will trigger some good'ole panic.
Nice event to short all the way to sub $100

If you seriously think there's room above $250 you lost it...

Any further insight? what is mentioned below seems very positive for lots of Bitcoin usage in the future

According to the draft paper, blockchains deployed within the ADEPT system would serve as a ledger of existence for billions of devices that would autonomously broadcast transactions between peers in a three-tier system of peer devices and architecture. By using an implementation of the bitcoin protocol, ADEPT could serve as a bridge between many devices at low cost.

if a guy from 2010 is saying such negatively it obviously means he wants to drive price down to increase his stash

Do not you think his stash is fat enough at it is? You think he will buy more to sell it later? And that is only reason for his negativity?

There is a far greater likelihood that he blew it, hence the relentless negativity. I can't imagine there are that many people from 2010 who managed to hold on to their initial holdings all the way through without selling at the wrong time or getting fucked over.
