If you are looking for selling some form of digital content, then you can take a look at satoshibox. It allows you to list your items and sell them for bitcoin. I think this is an option (under active development) it's called BitShop (thread here (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=128635.msg10635998;topicseen#new)) and uses PHP/MySQL.
