after going down a few time ago the price of bitcoin slowly going up now, hope it still going up so fast.  ;D

Love the fact that unlike newbies who used to FUD about the price , we now have newbies trying to pump the price :)

Funny, don't think anyone noticed the price going up.  LOL  Thanks for your words of wisdom.

The first post pumper i have yet to see it  :) Nice one op we may see a little more of a rise but it is more than likely a planned pump and unfortunately will have to drop again soon, probably really soon. Hate being negative but it is what i believe and have seen multiple times and this is no different/

This is funny in every angle, but im still glad to see new users emerging with high hopes, and they have the right to be optimistic, since we survived a whole year of downfalls.
Reminds me of litecoin moon shouting with every cent increase, but ok, whatever floats your boat i guess.

Newcomers are lucky to have just stumbled over bitcoin at this point, having been spared the entire last year plus of misery for many. However, those times make one incredibly resilient, disciplined and develop a stomach lining made of NASA products. :D

and imagine this, in the world today there is trillion and trillions of usd out there, but there is only a small amount of btc offered for sale, if usd crashes, btc are gonna be hard to buy

Goes down, it can be (I wish it not), hopefully not fall equal at the beginning of this year.

It is okay though bro because even if it does go down it will come back and higher next time, so like i said do not worry and hold onto them coins and do not get scared we are so unlikely to go below 220 again anytime soon. Probably between 220 -230 the lowest i see it going but then we will come back up, you gotta love it though  ;D

It's going up but it will go down again for a correction at 300 due people being insecure.

The upside potential is limited for now, as USMS still has 44K left for auction.  Next halving is still more than a year away, will become more interesting then.

A rapid rise in the price is a no-go, as it may be a potential pump and might be followed by a massive dump that may crash the price. A slow and gradual rise is ideal and enough, and I like how it goes down a bit just to correct the prices on where it should be.

Emotions are one of the reasons why people who are invested on a certain investment end up losing their money due to emotional impulses. Try to be cold and do not let your emotions rule over you when making decisions that involves money. Trust me, you'll be fine.  ;)

The price is recovering quite well and it keeps going up nicely. 300$ this night !

China will join later, the west has to ignite the pump first

Here's my question; did the auction sell at 30% above market price?

I was trying to find out the same, what was the price at which the coins are sold, but it seams that everyone is keeping their mouths shut.
One may think that its above the market price due to easy to rise market that would rise the price when bought in large quantities, and another case is that bitcoins are sold below the market price,
for the same reason of affecting the market price on exchanges.

Too bad the info on prices is not publicly available, it would help us understand market movement much better.
The price keeps tanking ever since the auction was announced, so maybe thats a good clue

It looks like it did sell higher than the market which makes sense because the price would have gone up a lot while they bought so many coins from the market.

There are no facts to support that its sold above the market price, only rumors.
With the same logic one might say that they were sold under market price because the dump of 50k BTC would bring the price down.
Anyways, the price is fighting to rise again @okcoin and btcchina
