I am a programmer with 10 years of web programming experience.  Their web site is having lots and lots of issues. It is not secure at all. There bitcoin transactions and it must have two step authentication or any medium level hacker can easily break in.

JavaScript errors - when you go to the wallet and try to withdraw, window for the withdraw is not loading. Reason is there errors with unsecured content on SSL. When you try to go to such site in Chrome, it simply does not load anything below the error (by default), when you go in IE, you get notification asking you if you want to move forward, which voids SSL. So if your computer is hacked, hackers now have access to your account.  To me it is lack of testing and it is a time bomb. There will be issues where someone hacks the sh** out of it one day...

There plenty of other issues.

For some reason they decided to upgrade sports book on Wednesday mid day.... Not sure why... I made a bet and I have to deal with support to get my money back. My login no longer works on the new site.

Their support has only one answer - submit ticket, reset cache, what are you talking about, site works etc.... we will help blah blah blah. Most of the time chat does not even answer during business hours.

To me it's bad customer service and careless treatment of the customers. As far as I am concerned, I will never ever bet with them again...

i couldnt login to my account either. had me wondering what was going on there. i rarely go there but from time to time i will go play a small poker tourney. thx for the heads up
