It has many scratches, it is not in mint condition at all. It is funded with BTC3.5 I know the casascius coins and bars have a premium value, but I don't see lot of these bars being sold. Does someone know what can be the premium on such an item ? I would guess even banged up maybe 1BTC? + whatever Bitcoin it has loaded.

I would say that you would get between 4 and 4.5 btc for it, assuming hologram is intact. So yes a 1btc valuation (in addition to btc stored in it) would be fair. I planned to put my life savings in it, and use it when I'm old (because 1BTC will be sooo much money). Unfortunately I might need the funds quicker than that. :P Maybe I'll sell it at auctions later, if needed. You do see them on Ebay for some pretty outrageous prices so if you're feeling brave you'd get more money there if you figured out a way to bypass paypal.
