I didn't know whether users can post adv bars on the adv bar auction topic.

and  Badbear sent pm to me at 3:00 p.m. ,but I didn't see it. So when I post adv bar for the second time, I was banned for 3days.

and that account  girlbtc.com can not post anything now, I just registered this account to make things run faster.as I don't want lose the chance of this round's adv. and which means I need to wait an other week.

If you continue posting outside of meta while banned, your ban length is going to be extended significantly.

You may post in the auction thread only.

Is that an affiliate link on your post? I found you are advertising your site in many other places by telling "This is my project", "Come and have a look", etc...(This may not be the correct sentences). Don't post like that. Advertising on posts is agaisnt forum rules. :)

But there is only one basically rule "don't spam".

So BadBear had warned him but he didn't see that and did it again so he got banned?  Sound fair, he had been warned at least.

I would advise moderators to give the people a warning before banning, give the people time to correct it.

I also gave him a warning before BadBear so he got two.

You should only post regarding your ban or on the advertising slot as BadBear mentioned. Trying to still promote your  site in here likely isn't.

I don't think so, you should be smart enough and stop doing this again, they have metioned this before.
Since you missed the Forum auction, there is a another way for you: Running a signature campaign. It's totally legall. And again, stop posting to promote your site.

Two btc would be best suited to a fixed rate deal. I or others can run them on your behalf if you wish as some companies hire 'campaign managers' to look after them but you should wait until your ban expires to discuss a campaign.

(1)Design a signature first.
(2)There are two kind of signature campaign: Fixed rate: Pay with a fixed rate and Pay with per post.
(3)Payment time: to pay weekly or monthly.
(4)Decide the rate.
(5)find a good escrow.
(6)Get your fund ready and open a thread in Service section.

No, you should wait the ban expire and after you can start/return to the normal forum activity. This is a simple rule : don't spam.

You should take the warnings people have given you as you're very likely to get your ban extended.
