i am fairly new to the bit coin aliens faucet.

my email id is gsrao_51@yahoo.com
i have
 Unpaid balance: 122300 satoshi


Last payout: 12500 satoshi was 2015-02-13
but for releasing payout the site is asking email verification.

"Please click the link in the email to confirm your next payout! Confirmation email was sent to gsrao51@gmail.comya51 address."

but as you can see the email id is wrong.
i have both email ids

gsrao51@gmail.com
how can i correct the email and receive confirmation link?
i am going pillar to post with out any success.
can you help? or suggest the contact details of the person in bit coin aliens faucet who can help?

So u messed up email with adding ya51 at the end? The only one to help you with this issue is admin or staff of the faucet site in question.
If im right and ure talking about http://bitcoinaliens.com/ , you can contact them at bitcoin [at] bitcoinaliens.com

If i am to guess you misspelled adress by typing your password in the field of username what would indicate that your password is something affiliated with ***ya51,area51 or similar,so please change your password on real gmail account if this is the case, since i doubt im the only one who noticed this.

You shouldn't publish your email addresses here.

Also, remember that there aren't "Bit coin IDs". Bitcoin uses addresses, you can have various addresses for different payments. Bitcoin addreses are not a identifier, they are just random numbers which contains some "coins" associated with them. These coins could be spent later with the private key which generates these random numbers.

Think that Bitcoin addresses are almost "disposable", they aren't like email addresses or a phone number.

About your problem: Try to contact with the faucet admins, maybe they could help you.

That big mistake if users not join bitcointalk when they need contact support.

As he is newbie, why wouldn't he try that out?
He gave his time before getting that much amount, and getting something from a faucet doesn't mean we should not value that.
Didn't you work for some satoshis before when you were a newbie too?

maybe some bought their bitcoins before and didn't do faucets..

the Email most probably is sent your "Spam" folder in your email. check that first. besides receiving Email can sometimes take a couple of hours.
