hi

I sent 0.2BTC to wrong address and I saw that the address is wrong after I sent. I was looking how to get it back on Google but there is no real answer I could use so I ask here if anybody can help me?
Did I lost that coins?
What will happen with that coins?
How to find whos adress it is so I can ask kindly to give it back?
I saw on blockchain that he did not had any transaction before so I guess hes new with bitcoin but i am unsure about this. Help?

Yes there is no way to sent back your btc.
Only onething you can do that if you know that persons that belongs to that to whom you sent the btc contact that person and ask him to send you back the btc other wise you lost them.

Yes you have lost your bitcoin.


The coins will stay in that address for ever (it depends if the owner of that bitcoin address will move them or not).


It is almost impossible to know the owner of that address, it could be an exchange address, a dice address, etc...


Most probable that address is abandoned.

Its almost impossible to find the owner of that address, and it might also be that there is no owner to it.
It might also be an address not assigned to anyone yet.

You can't reverse the trasaction, which is the purpose of bitcoin.
Sure, if you can find the owner of the address, and if he can give it back, you are lucky.
But he also can refuse you.

Unfortunately it is gone. Let this be a lesson to always check addresses...
