Title: Older profile than Theymos Post by: koelen3 on March 07, 2015, 02:37:41 PM Hello! i was just searching something and my eye happened to fall on the profile uid of our Great admin Theymos .
I was really startled to see it was 35 (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=35) I was curious to know who were before him , i know satoshi is 3 (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=4) Sirius is 4 (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=4) As theymos mentioned , The story of how I became head admin is actually pretty boring. Moderators were needed, so I was made a global moderator. Then admins were needed, so I was made an admin. Then over time the other admins slowly lost interest and resigned until I was the only one left. I see that these profiles doesn't exist which were created before him 2 (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=2) ,5 (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=5) ,7 (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=7) ,8 (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=8) ,9 (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=9) ,15 (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=15) ,18 (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=18) ,19 (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=19) ,20 (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=20) ,25 (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=25) Does this Belong to past Admins ? Also amazing that probably Satoshi or Sirius made the account named admin (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=1)but never used it. There are many other but all of them left after a while some of them in a day , some in months and some recently . Keeping in mind how Sirius is also not here , Only Theymos stayed. I feel like am writting Legends on Theymos :D :D ;D Anyways just wanted to ask , are the deleted profiles once of admins. Theymos might know it or maybe not since they were before him. List is here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=mlist;sort=registered;start=0 Satoshi isn't listed though. Maybe he was delisted from it. I know his account is currently 'locked'. Amazing people :D I see them. but for whatever reason I don't see them when I sort the list by position.. it went straight from Sr. Members to Staff to VIP... It is cool to see a number of well known bitcoiners in the first few pages.

Admin was clearly under control of Satoshi and Sirus and I presume that it is a default account of the SMF package.So there is no intention behind this one. BTW, I recently had contact with someone between #10 and #20, and there was no special story behind, he just signed up some day and soon later lost interest. It was a public forum from the beginning, so there are always people who stumble over it..
