is bitcoin core incompatible with 5.1 Berkeley DB (https://packages.debian.org/wheezy/libdb5.1-dev)? or why do you install 4.8 version?

Well, if you use arch Linux arm instead of raspbian, you can install packer and packer -S bitcoin-git and you'll compile latest version from the AUR, i did it on my raspberry pi b+, it should work on your raspberry 2.
