Hi guys, I'm excited to BETA launch our brand new android app. It is a faucet, but features a simple game - in style with our web faucet, you kill aliens and earn bitcoin.

It has JUST been launched so I'm politely asking for beta testers - the rewards are ok but not excessive.. we can look into earnings and hope to increase these - we just need to make sure the game works, bugs are fixed, and revenue to payout is balanced.

So please take a look and please give us a 5* rating.. or just don't be mean as it is a beta and we will improve it - so please come back here too and give your feedback on earnings, bugs, usage, possible future additions (give me feedback here please rather than a low rating and we will strive to improve - but if you like it then 5*s is welcome... and *maybe you get a higher reward after rating? ;) ).

This is a simple bitcoin faucet game. You earn free bitcoin for killing aliens.

The earning is calculated by the last advert/message you watched - if you watch or the advert then your next reward will be higher (if you skip it then not very high).

If you rate 5*s then your next reward will be higher too :) So if you like it please rate nicely :)

And come back every day as the adverts/messages reset and you can earn higher amounts again.

You can claim your free bitcoin whenever you acquire 1000 satoshi or more.

Then your balance will go to our main database which you can see at:

The last one is probably due to lack of sleep! I promised myself a nap a while ago, but I simply must try this out on my l'il old Sony Ericsson first!

downloaded it, tried it on my phone and sometimes when i try to claim the faucet it crashed, wonder if anyone actually got this error?
i am using SamsungGrand , happened like two times already

1. I'm sure the most important thing to many people is that I successfully earned and cashed out 1014 satoshi:-

Before playing: balance: 5750 satoshi
After playing: balance: 6764 satoshi

2. OK, it took a while, but as I wrote above I do have an antique Sony Experion (X10i) about 10 years old maybe? It has severely limited resources so really, don't let this worry you.

3. I was a little surprised to see an Xapo advert, yet it didn't let me enter my Xapo *email* address as some other faucets do. If their promo is still on, then we could be receiving an extra 50% on all earnings.

4. Some (mutable) sound effects would be uber-cool. Especially when we kill the wave of aliens, so we know we won :)

5. You are right that the gameplay calculations need some attention. Maybe a difficulty factor for each alien/group? So that one that is difficult (the left/right slider alien) gets say 1.1 times the payout? Or those pesky purple aliens we get 1.5 times! Uh-oh! Look! they are invading this post already!
 
6. Above all really: It is an amazingly STABLE APP. even on my steam-powered "smart" phone. Many apps crash, freeze, and generally mess people about even when they have current devices (read some of the comment/reviews to see what i mean,and some of those people charge you money for them. I wonder if the bitcoinaliens Android app is the first app that PAYS YOU ?

Xapo - "the 50% thing" isnt a xapo promotion - it is the choice of the faucet, and our style is simpler - to just pay out a 1 time 20,000 high signup bonus. This will be the same across all of our apps/faucets - its much simpler programming and management.

Pricing of aliens - at the minute it isn't done fully out of difficulty but it could be a little in the future.. right now it is just based on the available ads and how many were watched.. if they start to run out then the prize drops - but they reset and more are available daily... we will play with this and try and give the max.

Sound effects are coming in the next update :) Hopefully payout increases too!

Hey, i am developing this app, i made a bunch of other games on http://www.gameyey.com/mobile/all (http://www.gameyey.com/mobile/all) if anyone is interested.
Anyway, i already just published a new update! added some really awesome retro sound effects that i think greatly improves the feel of the game, in addition to some cool new design elements such as the combat-style health bar. It also has a new alien and slightly increased rewards, so enjoy! =)

I'd love to test the app but I've got an iPhone so not much to do. Are you going to make an iOS version?

Just reviewing iOS terms, would love to submit there.. but first we will fully test this, increase the rewards more, add more aliens, add more features and then launch on iOS... want to get this one right first... watch this space (pun intended!)

Just a BETA test so far, we'd rather get something live and test the metrics - i.e. if we can afford to do it - so far it's like 1000 downloads and 200 5* ratings... looks positive to us, were going to increase the payout on an update this week and then add in a lot of new aliens, more games, and hopefully more features like missions and stats etc. Watch this space :)

Likes awesone and downs loaded it. Claimed around 1000, sats so far. After looking at the adds and watching the video adds I do not see any increase in the earms per alien. Running the app on a Samsung galaxy 4. So far no crashes just no earning increases. But great app.

I love this app. I can keep earning even when I am not able to log into my computer and it's simple and straightforward.

1. I think a level system would be good. After earning a set amount, move up to the next level with higher payouts.

2. Payouts could be different for different aliens....maybe lower for the ones that don't move, but higher for those like the little purple ones.

I have only really encountered one problem with the app....it kept crashing on me last night after I had been playing for awhile.

I have claimed a couple of times, it was instant to my account...no issues.

Will post if I have any further issues, thank you for this app! It is awesome!

Interesting app, I just downloaded it. Always like seeing interest bitcoin stuff being developed for mobile  :D

The only issue I've had is that sometimes the purple alien spins off screen in the bottom corner so he's hard to hit without hitting the ad by mistake. Other than that, it looks cool!

+1 vote for the purple aliens not disappearing behind the bottom banner - unless that is intentional to help pay for the rewards ;-) Oh wait, there IS NO bottom banner right now for me??

New suggestion/request: My eyes are only a little less than 60 years old  :-\ I do have a problem reading the line of text immediately below the "Alien Faucet" logo (at the top).

Would it be possible to increase the font size to be the same as the one used for "Searching for Aliens" and "Mission Accomplished" ?

If that is not possible, perhaps the Claim button could be shown on the "?? Satoshi awarded" popup? (Only when the balance is equal or greater than cashout (currently 1000).

Been using this a while.
You only get tiny amounts of Satoshi but its fun none the less.
Hopefully they will provide bigger opportunities to earn greater amounts :)

Ever since they changed the app to the new version, it is nothing but glitches to me now. Also I noticed this app is gone from the google play store, anybody know the reason?

Been playing this game ever since it was first released. It's nice to be able to earn extra BTC whilst away from the computer.

It's just generally a well made app/game. Even if it didn't pay I would probably still play it.

Are you serious? Please Chimaira, uninstall our app. This is ridiculous - we were ONE DAY late on paying this week, due to technical problems which were out of our control (due to the spam/transaction attack on bitcoin this week), blockchain.info couldnt give us any help and we worked relentlessly to get this fixed and paying out again - so please, Chimaira, please uninstall our app if this isn't good enough for you.

Anyone wondering about payments, for some reason the payments stay in "unconfirmed" for a while by an unknown reason to me, but if you check the blockchain, it will say in "unconfirmed" status.

As to when it will be in confirmed status, I am not certain so I hope this clears up some confusion.

Maybe they don't know but their payments might be in the state of "unconfirmed" status still as are mine but only from bitcoin aliens as I got payments before and after from other sites already confirmed but the payments still in unconfirmed status are from bitcoin aliens family.

As of why? I haven't a clue.

A person at blockchain itself said this to me,

 "Any unconfirmed transactions will either eventually confirm or be rejected. When sending a transaction, including a fee of at least 0.0001 bitcoin will almost always assure that it gets confirmed faster. If it eventually is rejected, then the funds would remain at the bitcoin address they were sent from. The only thing you can do at this point is to wait and see if the transaction is accepted into a block. Blockchain.info has no control over this, and cannot expedite transactions. This is always dependent upon the bitcoin network itself. "

As of why the payments still sitting in unconfirmed from the bitcoin alien family (both apps and the alien faucet site) for 12 plus hours and others came without problems after, I couldn't say.........

Uggh , yes, we posted the payments with previous fine/low transaction fees as normal. Now theyre all awaiting confirmation.

There is still this ongoing spam attack on bitcoin, but the main issue is we are completely without support from Blockchain.info - despite having a contact within there, he didn't know what the issues were, and now just waiting to hear when they will be confirmed or what will happen... if they get returned to us we will piece together the data again and try again or make it right to everyone.

LOTS of sites have had bitcoin issues this past week or so, some STILL haven't fully recovered.

The issues were NOT their "fault".

There have been wallet upgrades for bitcoin and every site has had to check the code, compile it, and install it then test it, before resuming payments.

Have YOU installed the latest wallet yet?

When that happens at a weekend you could be looking at a few days to get it all done.

this app always save the ads picture to my phone, sometimes can be like until 1000++ picture and yea eat alot data dammit. :/

Since yesterday the app can't connect anymore. The app will continuously or will it stop don't see any message why it's not working anymore.  Any explanation what is happening at the moment would be nice.

There is not any update almost for one year. you should use your sense, the app probably dead. most of faucets and faucets sites are not working anymore due to block-ness of google adsense. without google adsense the apps can't make ROI.
PS using faucet is just a waste of time. better to avoid them.

The app was recently still paying so it's not strange that I come with this question. Even there was no update here on the forum don't mean there apps didn't work. Is Google Adsense also blocking apps now thought only web based faucets.

I didn't used this app personally and don't know much about it. I used bitcoin allien web faucet only. but most of faucet are being closed for their google adsense blocking issue. without google adsense they can't make enough revenue.
I just checked the owners profile. and found that he's still online on the forum, then he should come here to clarify this thing and update everyone.
