It seems to be the same story as always in this case. I can not blame hitBTC regarding this transaction even if it seems a bit suspicious.

Ive been waiting 3 weeks and made multiple tickets and emails. Ive sent them plenty of evidence iam the account holder but they still ignore me. Im using the same ip ive been logging into and gave them info only the account holder would know. Now my emails are being rejected and ive had bannings from the chat with trying to ask for help. It doesnt look like they want me to recover my coins.. They say they send your ticket to the tech team but ive heard that before and had no reply.
