No one is certainly going to be dumb enough to accept PayPal from a newbie and if they were to accept PayPal from a trusted member they would likely want a preimum

OP: If someone has that much amount of giftcards they want to sell most likely stolen or carded gift cards. Sellers: Accepting paypal is just foolish easy way to chargeback.
