The nature of 21's operations is yet to be revealed. Some people say it's 166 million and others say it's 116 million. Even over 100 million is still amazing to me and shows how people want to get into it as early as possible.

That's the point, it hasn't been publicly revealed yet. I guess the only people who know more details are investors and 21 Inc themselves. But I'd expect them to shed some more light rather sooner than later. Also, you can sign up for email notification on their website. Very soon, people will consider a Bitcoin investment of $100M - 'nothing'.
