So I decided to see if I am alone, or if I am inferior compared to others. Go to http://www.mysteamgauge.com and see how much you have spent and how much your account is valued, how much time you've spent gaming and how many GB/TB/PB it takes to install all of your games.

Everything depreciates over time. The older a game gets the more it depreciates in value, until finally it's no longer worth anything at all. Your games immediately have 0 resale value once you activate them, so I'm not sure what you're talking about. Any value you get is the entertainment value.
