1st step: I send you $50, you send me half the LTC 2nd step: I send the rest $50, you send the rest of the LTC The money can be sent as "service" or "gift" - whatever you prefer. I'm using "service" for the past years with no issues. "Gift" probably raises some alerts. I can cover 50% of the paypal tax. If you're not comfortable with disclosing your identity, don't bother - because I'm open and have nothing to hide, I'll expect the same from the seller.
