(each digit must be >= the previous one, and the last 4 digits must be each equal to the previous +1: such as 0.003456, 1.2345, or 1.34567) As soon as there is 48h without new TXs, the last sender gets it all! (up to a potential maximum of 19.999 BTC - I get to keep the remainder if ever there is more) Current value in the address: 0.024999 (can be checked here (http://blockchain.info/address/1ELECeJompinDox61L73eAUyaWpe3Q5HZB)) So for example, if you send 0.000679, that would round the address balance off to 0.025678 which obeys the rules above and makes it a valid bonus that is paid out to you. Why don't you just take 1% and remove all potential for abuse?
