I am a VIP client, spending a lot of money and today cloudbet.com told me that my account is under investigation for possible terms of use violation. I did not know they were conducting "investigations" like a police.... So far I am out of 25 BTC. Looks like scam. Anyone has experience with this nonsense?

The email says they are investigating, and this happened today, dont you think its a little too early to start accusing them of scamming?

Early? Investigating what? I am here to answer the phone call, supply my documentation. Do everything they need. Why there no phone number to call, nobody to email directly and no response from anybody. I just need my money back. I am honest player and this kind of treatment is disrespectful on the first place. It puts me out of sync with what I do, period.

I just placed the following bets, each equal 1 BTC, can somebody explain idiot me what is wrong with what I did???? Why cloudbet.com decided to steal my bets and froze my account?

They are investigating, investigating means they are searching looking for something, it doesnt mean you did something wrong, wait a few hours or a day or two and then you can accuse them of scam

There is no scam here, at least not by cloudbet. You tried to cheat their affiliate program, got caught and now you're raging.

Try doing what you did at any legit sports book with an affiliate program and the results will be the same.

You broke their terms and conditions. It's as simple as that, what don't you understand? Now you're being investigated and your BTC will be tied up until they're finished. This is your OWN fault. You could have avoided this mess completely by not creating a bunch of accounts, depositing and betting using your own referral link.

Like I said before, try doing this at ANY legit sports book and see what happens.

BTW, how much are you claiming to be owed after winning and losing bets? You never posted the total account balance owed.

Ridiculous, maybe but you have to understand that this is a common thing in the sports book industry. 0.2 BTC is such a small amount but over time it would add up. It's taking away from the book's overall profit and if everyone did this they could go out of business pretty fast.

That's not a big amount for a sports book and casino. If allowed to continue, that $60 could turn into $6,000+ and that's when it would start to become a problem.

They've made it very clear only one account so they did have the right to freeze your account. Always read the terms and conditions.

By the way affiliate link or whatever it was really innosent mistake. I was testing the system and had no clue it was registering or whatever... I thought they would have better tracking system as well. Let's have some common sense here, I used to program in my past life. I was a web developer for 10 years. If I wanted to scam cloudbet.com for 0.2 BTC using affiliate link and do my own bets whatever it is.. my mind is not even set to think that, why would I use email account cloudbet1@1stbtccasino.com to make bets? Isn't this email account directly related to the affiliate account? I would use proxies up my a**, tor and HMA with that, on top of that I would do this on VPN server so there no cookies or any other traces.... I am not THAT STUPID... This whole thing is huge misunderstanding. I am very disappointed with cloudbet.com and their lack of customer service. Now if they would allow me to take my money, I would like to take my business else where ASAP

This one is just retarded, no other casino is preventing you from having multiple accounts. So if I get together with my friends, they cannot even login from my house? That makes no sense to me and that allows cloudbase.com to scam without any hesitation... Don't you think? Proves my point - cloudbet.com is a scam... you bet on their platform, then you must follow their rules, the same when a guest come to stay at your house, they will need to follow your house rules as well, if you dont want to follow their rules, simply dont bet at their platform anymore, and you should wait a few days, they are investigating your account right now, just give them some time to do their job

Sigh. You broke their terms and conditions.... you can keep going on and on about innocent mistakes and etc but at the end of the day you broke their terms. You've admitted to breaking their terms when you said "I did absolutely nothing wrong. I have 6 accounts". Stupid rule or not, rules are rules.

Go ahead and join any of those casinos crazy for your business, make sure you sign up under your own referral link with 6 accounts and place bets under all of them. Post back the casino and results after a couple of days or when you try and make a withdrawal, would be interesting to see what happens :)

Next time I'll be smarter... Being honest does not get you anywhere with these "casinos" - all they are, just a dummy web site,  nothing but another layer between cloudfare... their sites normally are full of bugs. Lack of customer service really shows who they are. What can I say, I am just an idiot and I am getting punished for it.... Thanks to cloudbet.com now I know how to avoid being caught next time and stay below the radar... At the same time, so far nobody from cloudbet.com even bothered to respond to this thread or refund my money. My initial scam accusations are 100% correct...

To sum it all up: OP either tried to cheat the system or made a "innocent mistake" as he would call it and now must wait for cloudbet to investigate.

I was able to log in and request money out. No notification on my wallet so far, but my money was available on cloudbet.com and to my surprise It was all there.  I'll post here if money actually arrive.
