I have the ability to dropshop a lot of cool products. It costs $59 a mo. to do so but everything is taken care of for us. We'd have to get a domain and do some marketing for it ,but the rest gets take care of. Everything from Ipads to bbq's all can be sold for Bitcoin (some alt coins ).
