Unlike Pay Per Click, each site "invests" their traffic and should (in theory at least) make sales in proportion to the traffic they get. By making it multilevel the seller also gets returns from the "derivatives" of that traffic when a buyer becomes a seller too. I didn't adopt the Pay Per Impression nor the Pay Per Click model but rather the "Pay Per Action" model and by "action" I mean when a visitor (those with a website since they our target market) sign up and purchase ads in the network, then the seller gets a commission.
