Title: where do i get my btc ?
Post by: cryptojumper on March 17, 2015, 03:18:44 PM
I want to get my btc to play around. I tried btc-flow.com but it closed, then I heard I can get from btc-wolf.com but it does not work also  :(
What is the most profitable legit faucet I can get btcs quickly ???

You can't get BTC quickly from a faucet. You need to work, provide some service or sell something, exactly as you earn dollars.
This has been discussed several times here, no need to start a new thread for this.

Since you are a newbie try out the 777 signature campaign.. or try faucets or provide a service/sell  products...

or join the pyramid link to the left

use to ref link as anyways you will be someone's refferal, so just be mine :D

freebitco.in had a reasonable faucet last time I looked at faucets.  However, in reality, the age of faucets is behind us.  You can also get some small money to play with on a few gambling sites but you'll have to have some luck in order to turn that into a withdrawable balance.  Try, for example, primedice.com or even dragons tale casino.

There are plenty of faucets lists on the forum, you just have to search for 'em.

Bare in mind that you cannot earn any significant amount of btc from faucets, they are great for learning how to make transactions but nothing more.

I highly suggest doing sig campaign compared to faucets.  Faucets pay so small it really is not worth it.  Only if you are wanting to try BTC with very small amounts should you be using faucets.

This is true.  But it will take patience from the OP to build up a reasonable rank as most sig-ad campaigns these days aren't open to lower ranked members.  However, they say patience is a virtue so ...

You're right that in the end, sig-ad campaigns have probably replaced faucets as the way that new people can gain a moderate amount of btc in order to join the community with little or no risk.  However, if you just want a few satoshis to test wallet software then you could use a faucet for that (or one of the gambling sites or something).

The fastest, easiest, and most convenient way to get BTC is to buy it. You can spend the next few weeks "earning" some bitcoin dust, or you can have it this afternoon. Your choice.

Very true.  If OP tells us his country we could help him with good ways to buy BTC.

I am not saying faucets are waste of time. It will depend on electricity fee, your time etc... The easiest way is to buy BTC for lomg-term holding. You may also earn some from forex trading but like others, it also has risks. If you don't want to loose your BTC, don't gamble it away! There is no casino which is 100% fair. Earn from faucet, earn from contributing to this forum and buy some. (https://www.blocktrail.com/BTC/tx/edce69ebe78c97d8231c60fbbbf3b7fffb78fda5054f376859473573399eb4f6)

If you really want to try it out I recommend not wasting time with faucets. Better to set up an account at an exchange, fund it, buy some coin and go shopping. When you use bitcoin it is easy to see what all the fuss is about.

Most longest known faucet site is prob freebitco.in they been up like minimum of 2 years?

I remember I was still doing this back in 2012 when I got my BFL machine while I mined away as well.

I recommend their referral system as more to their free rolls etc.

I have heard this many times but it is absolutely wrong(in general). It will be useless if:

• you pay more as electricity fee.
• you spend more time.

You can get a good amount if you have good typewriting skill. Earning from a few best faucets won't get you much but earning from most best faucets would get you a good amount.

anyway i think its a good way to start :) and i am planning to roll 10000 jackpot on freebitco.in in a few days  :D and invest it in genesis-mining maybe.. or might even buy some from them - this way i will have a constant flow of satoshies to my wallet and do some cloudmining stuff :P

It's not worth your time to get some good amount of BTC through faucets, except if you are good at making too much referrals at such high-paying faucets, that way you can easily get your piece of cake.

I have an unlimited faucet that pays 100 satoshi a claim with no timer...

I make one deposit daily, today was 0.0045, usually lasts a 5 hours or so.

I'm thinking of raising the claim rate in the future.. :)

I "earned" 1 mBTC here, but... It was just a bait.

forget about faucets. It is not the way to get you much BTC. Try signature campaigns as already recommended, or simply buy some BTC. at these current prices it is a good investment in a 1-2 year perspective.

But buying Bitcoins "is not enough" for me.

Buying bitcoins for selling them later doesn't increase the usage of Bitcoin.

If someone buys a coin and holds it I would say that increases the usage.  They took the coin out of being used by others.

Holding is not using, best way to use bitcoin at the moment is to buy coins the moment you need them to buy things with said coins. So the coins flow and are used.

"Lois, I'd love to hold you but right now I rather use you!"

Fast way to earn but very risky , example : btc-flow , bla bla flow, ponzi etc

Fast way and moderate risk , example : gamble or trading  8)

Slower way but sure you will got some satoshis , example : freebitco.in, moonbit, etc

Moderate way and you will earn some bitcoin for a specific time, example : join signature campaign

Fast way but you need something that you can offer or sell , example : do you have a skill on photoshop or you can sell some goods to community

Well, that's from me

What will you choose ?  ;)

If in US I personally would go coinbase.  Once setup you can buy/sell very easily.  If you use a checking account just for it, then it's pretty safe aswell. (It is overcautious but i like having a checking account for internet things such as btc buying and keep regular checkings out of it)

Earning from faucet is useless, just a few still worth but not really worth then sig campaign.

I would consider fast way "selling your skills". Selling your skills is basically working, what people do for a living is usually using their skills.. it's hard to find extra time from your job to work for bitcoins on the side.

This is a great post. Providing services for BTC is a convenient way to get some bitcoin.  If you start providing services for BTC you will fast realise how easy it is to get paid overseas. There's absolutely no barrier like traditional payment options set. Bitcoin allowes people to work for people in the other side of the world without having to worry about how I'm going to get paid. This way, the only limitation is the usability of services you can provide online.

the reward of ponzi schemes is too low for the amount of risk it takes. especially something like btc-flow which you have to work for your investment too.

Faucets are not worth anyone's time, even newbies. They payout really low amounts and have a cool down period. Typing captcha all day aren't going to earn you anything.

What is the most profitable legit faucet I can get btcs quickly ???

I highly suggest you to check out my thread about affiliate marketing:
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=995645.0

I am selling my own made softwares (like in the signature) and i`m paying 30% comissions to everyone who sells it with his referral link!

So basically you get paid instantly as soon as some1 buys the software with your referral link, 30% goes to you and 70% to me, and it's instant!

In my opinion you should goto the landofbitcoin.com and try all the faucet one by one and choose one best suits to you and you can also join the signature campaign available for newbies or sell a thing to get started may be gift card , Recharge coupon etc or simply buy some bitcoins from a exchange or try the site purse.io and purchase someone item to get your first coins.

Libertyx.com is the easiest and cheapest way to get BTC.

that's for US only, for euro i suggest Kraken or Therocktrading, the first is without documentation up to $2k per day

registered on landofbitcoin.com ..so many faucets and most of them are pretty shitty to say frankly, but luckily there is unfollow button so the list became much smaller.. good for the start..  ..to get rich  :P

But I would advise caution and frequent cashouts on any trading site.  The land of bitcoin exchanges is a scary one with many sudden closures and people who leave BTC in websites with very few exceptions tend to lose it.

sadly this is the risk that you have to take in order to trade in these websites. i personally keep amounts that i can afford to lose, whether it is loss in trade or it is loss by website owner running away with my money.

but exchangers are different from each other some are more reliable than others.

There is no fast way to success. Earn dollars online and then convert them into BTC. Success don't come to those who don't try.
Faucets will pay you in some cents in 1 or 2 weeks

It would be your position it is based on your forum activity.  It is slow to build up, but you can do it overtime.  If you look at the thread about activity it will explain it all.  And yes signature campaigns normally pay based on your level.

Currently you are: Position:    Jr. Member

honestly, localbitcoins with cash is the best way to go.

this is what I do, and you can follow the same format. I first start the escrow for the ad for my local area, its going to be like $30-40 more? I get that, but heres the catch. Once I do my 1st transaction and be all buddy buddy.

I ask the seller in person after the 1st successful one while drinking a cup of starbucks, the 2nd transaction. I mention about the preev rate, and he didnt mind at all since he profit from the 1st transaction. So intially I saved $30 discount, which I normally needed more btc anyways.

Of course, this may or may not work for some but I can say I done this with 4 different people that honored it.

There will not be any faucet that give you much bitcoin. So it's not where you can earn bitcoin quickly

You can't get BTC quickly from a faucet this is just wasting of time. You have for sure some skill so try to think about offering some service for btc. There is a great opportunity because of no borders and easy fast payment process in blockchain technology. Nothing valuable is for free :)
You can earn some bitcoins by mining, but take care about planning and calculation of possible return of cost. This is true for cloud mining as well.
Good luck

I'm so sorry but there are no available "profitable and legit faucets" that exists in the bitcoin ecosystem. Only the faucets themselves profit from what they are doing (ad revenues). If you have some skills and you are good at it, why don't you offer it in the Services section of the forum and earn some bitcoins as well? :)

You can perhaps try this faucet list:

I heard that it could earn 1000€ worth of bitcoin / month if you can write the captchas fast :)

What a joke. If you claimed 100€ month doing nothing else just 24/7 faucets that is believable, but could be questioned also. But 1000€ :o LOL ;D And again ;D ;D ;D
