EDIT: I cancelled the Western Union transfer because Turtlehurricane show EXTREME lack of buisness savvy. 5hrs after I sent him the money Western Union I cancelled it, his exact words were "I didn't realize it was this urgent" Really? At what point of me sending you money did you find not urgent? Thats ok though. Still looking for a btc seller via Western Union or Moneygram. Most likely a middle man taking a cut, meaning he has to find someone to accept your WU before he can send the BTC. I recommend localbitcoins and the Romania or Philippine sellers because of the cheaper WU fees.
