eg a 2 core 2.67 Ghz 13GB Ram windows vps can be used upto 200 days to exhaust the $300 credit.HMU if u want this.These servers are really fast 1Gbps connection speed. Also google may have caught onto the person wanting the accounts and banned them and they are having to resort to buying them from a unbanned user.
