Maybe tomorrow it is too late and I find out that somebody else starts a company which will be the next eBay or Amazon in a few years. Damn. Of course you already read this:

The point is to think how bitcoiners can benefit the most out of your new business.

It has to be a fundamentally good idea to do well, not just a weak website that accepts bitcoin for junk you could buy cheaper in dollars.
I would also look into automated systems. Businesses like say a VPN service or cloud hosting require little help from you once set up. But I don't care about web services. I consider this (vpn, hosting, etc) mostly covered by established players. And I would be afraid that some Russians would come after me, if I'd offer better socks :o What will ordinary people need to do their daily stuff in the near future? Will people want a currency backed by gold, etc? Of course we need more retailers accepting BTC, but when I look at the Mt Gox live ticker bling bling, I don't see this happening soon.
