I don't deal with PayPal unless I have no option. There is a warning on the site saying this is a high risk exchange before a potential buyer can even exchange. People know this is a high risk exchange. I have been on localbitcoins for over a year with 100% feedback. I know that doesn't guarantee I won't scam but it means I am less likely too.
