I do not have any fees.
I will edit that in post to be clearer.
I tested this thread out a month ago trying to see where a good baseline would be for a service like this, it looks like little to no fees is a good point.
Many people complained about the fee ideas, so instead I will run off donations that can be donated to my btc address in my profile.

you say this is a test run correct, if successful with all numbers claimed. will you be selling tickets there after? sounds like a fun idea. :) good luck to all the players. in the first round. come on lucky number 9!

You are welcome, I am currently working on Raffle #3, It will be 10 tickets at .01 per. There will also be a poll asking what the next raffle(#4) you guys might like. More chances, higher prizes, or any other ideas that may pop up :D

Donations. I'll have a donation address included in the next raffle. I also spend tons of time on BCT, so why not make use of that time?
